The 22 indicates a problem with the destination path. Have you dumped the pathname out to a file so you can see any "unprintable" characters? The path should not be null-termianted.
Also, I see a post from a few weeks ago that Brian discovered you might get CopyFile errors if the file was so large that it might not transfer in 30 seconds or less. He's also looking in to a problem with CopyFile and UNC pathnames.
