It is difficult to provide you with an answer since you have not provided much information. Generally it is helpful to know which product, which version, and under what circumstances you are receiving an error message. Attaching your Comet.ini and startup details can speed up a resolution.
I will take a wild guess here and say that Comet is having trouble locating one of the .ddls required at startup. These should have been installed to the Comet folder by the workstation installation program.
