OK, here's what we should try next. Setup CosP to run in debug mode: Make a shortcut on your desktop to CosP.exe. You'll find it in the Comet folder. Add /DEBUG to the command line arguments (ie c:\comet\cosp.exe /DEBUG). Then double-click on the shortcut to start CosP - before you start Comet. It will open a window that it will print messages to. Then start Comet and try printing something like a DIRCAT to the pdf email printer. If CosP gets an error, you'll see it in the debug window.
Also, make sure you're using the latest version of EmailPtr. It's in the REL0605 release.
