One of my PDF projects creates a pair of PDF files for 250 homeowners associations. Runs monthly in background. After each PDF is created, I rename the file and move it to the association's archive folder on the server. This keeps the AuoSave folder empty and prevents this kind of duplicate file name problem.
I use the DOSMS function to do the move.
