The honest answer is... we don't know. Since the current versions of Comet contain some 16-bit code we suspect they may not run. Comet32 which is planned for Comet 2007 should take care of that. As far as the server products are concerned, they are not 16-bit so chances are they will run. If you try it, we'd love to know the result!
