I am back from Japan and had a great time, thanks to Gina for quick response to minor oversight on my behalf.
RE: Jims brief tutorial on CS32 Folder Security & Doug Peggs CA as a service query from 4th of Sept.
As Iread the response to Doug, ignoring all the Citrix stuff, it seemed that I could have the CA as a Service host on user00, so long as I installed the CS32 File Server onto that PC as well as the server. I tried that and Comet didn't respond. Uninstall "C as a S" and it connects fine. Think I might be getting out of my depth here. I wanted "C as a S", as part of the problem while I was away was that noone seemed to be able to get past the Windows password to start Comet to get CA running. Spelling is not strong in plumbing shops. It would probably work if I had the "C as a S" on the server but I liked the idea of it coming in to a standalone CA server.
I cant test it again till next weekend.
