Where can I find any documentation on the Utility Programs, especially #40 "Command File Builder"? Seems to accept information in the windows, but always comes out with no information or data.

Yes, the command file name is in the directory. Is it broke?

Want to rename and recompile about 100 files. Looks good if I could get it to work.
