1. My all of my HP PCL printers will only print out 10 lines before a New Page is started, and of course most of our continuous form line printers are gone. PROBLEM: When using Comet's Utility programs with several pages of source, the second page contains only 3 lines and then a NEW PAGE. Is there a workaround or would it be possible that all the printouts in the Utility Programs be changed to do a NEW PAGE at 59 instead of the present 62 or 63?
Could send ESC codes to the printer to print more than 6 lines per inch, but that's a pain.
2. How can you compile a source in UE and print out Errors Only if the compile isn't correct without printing out the entire source? Like in Utility #27 L TOO,E, or L LP1,E?, or some way to determine whether the compile was a success without having to go back to the Catalog and look there?
Have a couple of hundred in which very minor changes have to be made and would like to be in UE if compile errors instead of making a batch file and using #27 in the Utility program.
Of couse I'm lazy, but thanks for your consideraton.
