Launch command

I am having problems using the Launch command at a client site (works no problem at the office - no surprise). I have all the latest versions - client is running Comet2002 build 320/03.01. I have included a test program that works at client site using regular Comet licensed session and causes a COSH error running CometAnywhere.
Any suggestions?
