That was way too obvious - thanks - it's always the first thing I tell my clients to check - and I missed it!
So now when I am running the demo program FaxPrint the program enters and returns from Cform and then just hangs in the loop:
"Loop While (Status NE FF.COMPLETE And DoCancel EQ FALSE)". With Status=1 (FF.ENABLED) and FF.COMPLETE=3 and DoCancel=0 and False=0.
Something else is not right here?
