EXP 99/74 inQMONITOR

An end-user faxed an exception message in. I have connected to their
system via Remote Desktop Connection to look into the problem. When
I run Comet and enter a password to get to a READY: prompt I receive
an EXCP 99/74 trying to run QMONITOR, last LUN is file MON-T40, COS.
When I look into the COS folder on this system I see a MON-T40 file but no .I00 file. I recall something about this error message but can't pull the details out of the memory banks. Any ideas? Tom.
