Odd but old error message....

When a user RDP's into a Windows 2K or 2K3 server that is acting as the comet file and security server and attempt to run comet they receive the following error:

error: 10048 'address already in use
handle 009c
function: bind() to port

This has been happening for a couple years but my customer's are starting to rebel.
