Just try and get version 9 of Ultra Edit for program devcelopment. Since it was issued versions 10 or more have been issued. Latest is version 12.20b as of 12/15/2006.
Unfortunately, IBINSTALL does not work well with it, nor does it even mention Internet Basic in VIEW as an available source, so any attempt to compile IB using Ultra Edit Version 12 will fail. Gone through the registry a few times trying to eliminate references to the version that did work have also failed.
My installation program UESETUP.EXE got corrupted any replacement seems to want to install version 12 even with a backup copy of 9 and 10. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
