This morning we switched a customer's Comet system from an old Novell server to a new Windows 2003 server. They have been running a fax confirmation program we wrote years back on a Comet worktation (win2000 machine). After the switch over to the new server the faxcon program no longer worked. The program found the gateway ok, but error'd with a the msg "Unable to load driver: FaxDriver.exe"
At first, I tried to install the the older version of the CometFaxSupport.exe program that was running on the Novell server, but it reported it could not find "Comet" on the machine. I then downloaded the latest version of the progm from the SSI download site and installed it without any error, but the faxcon prgm still reports it can't load the FaxDriver.exe.
The FaxDriver.exe and the UniDrv.dll files are both in the Comet startup directory. The PC is same PC which was working fine before we switched servers. I have unistalled, reinstalled, re-booted, researched the support forum, and I'm out of ideas.
