One of the ways to install CometWorkstation for a limited user is to install Comet under an Admin Account. The cosw.ini gets created in "D&S/All Users" but the icon gets created in "D&S/admin/desktop". Just moving it to "D&S/All Users/Desktop" isn't enough you have to remember to change Security to Full Control for Everyone.
