CFAM GPF

Did an upgrade from 5.08/358 to 6.11/375 in stages. Put in CFAM with 5.08/371 then upgraded to 6.11/375 on Dec 27th. Checked several users in admin area. They were all updating to 375 and getting their local CFAM at 6.11. On the 2nd everybody came back to work. Some noted a slowdown and there were a couple of 99/nn and 9B/nn errors.
The users restarted Comet and got to work. I don't know which ones.

Today, both with 6.11 and 6.08 on the server, there were two users who got a series of Comet/Windows messages that ended with the "reinstall" workstation and "Send to Microfsoft" dialogs. We reinstalled 375 and they appeared to be again working without error.

How were they able to work yesterday and earlier this AM and failed on their second or third running of Comet today?
