After reviewing your files, we suspect you may have a user out there who's using an old .cfg file and accessing your directories as something other than type "C". We suggest making sure each user is loading Comet from the same place on the server, erasing all your .cfg files in that folder, and rerunning SYSGEN to generate new .cfg files. All it would take is one user using an old .cfg that referenced your server dirs as type "S", "N", or "L" to mess the whole thing up.
We also noticed that dirs "GAL" and "OPT" are in your DIRECTORIES list twice.
