This message was incorrectly worded... It Should read:
"This feature requires Comet Database Server (CFileSrv.exe) to be installed as a Service."
This means that any machine that runs Comet as a service must have Cometserv previously installed as a service. Otherwise, when comet is first launched (before any user has logged on), it would not have a file server to use.
The message will be changed in future workstation installs.
