cosm32 - filename is not a valid ib source file

Started to play with the latest stuff, updated to latest everything. Tried a compile, presumably the COSM32 at the bottome of the advanced option, and get the above message.
A window pops up, tells me it has logged into CFAM succesfully,says its processing the file, displays the command line and then tells me that my file is noit a valid IB source.
It compiles quite happily using the normal compile icon.
