Here's the result of the "Delete Chain Verify"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Comet CFAM Delete Chain Check Utility Version 04.02 01/24/2007 07:22
Checking File "E10" on "TMP"
Record size: 310
Create date: 01/24/2007
Update date: 01/23/2007
Data file size: 978670
Key file size: 177152
Options selected:
Count deleted records
Check record delete chain
Check key delete chain
Counting records:
3157 Records were read using record number index.
0 Deleted records were found.
There is no record delete chain.
Key Chain Pointers:
112 (0x00000070) ...sector deleted
1 Deleted key pages where found in the primary key chain.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The file is erased and created each quarter end. Records are written in and never deleted. Only on rare occassions would the IT guy do any maintenance.

What does the last part mean?
