problem with locking in printers.

I am running a comet 2005 system with the following problem:

All remote users are terminal servicing in to a Terminal Server, then running cometanywhere under there Remote Desktop.

COMET when it starts up, generates a COSW.INI file under the directory of:

c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\signature systems.

How can I change this to be:

c:\documents and settings\(user)\application data\signature systems

Because when someone selects different printer, everyone's printer changes.
