Recently setup a customer's Windows 2003 Server in the office.
Proceeded to setup CometServerProducts611
Proceeded to setup Comet2007Workstation377 in a folder AND
installed Comet2006Workstation377 in another folder.
Got Comet up and running using Comet2006 and/or Comet2007 on the Server.
Tried to run Comet Explorer, on the Server, using either Comet 2006 or 2007 and got the below dialog box:
COMETLib Error
System Error: 80040154 - Class not registered.
OK
As a test we connected a workstation(Win XP PRO) running Comet2006 and this workstation ran Comet Explorer fine.
I found an earlier(April 20, 2006) message on the forum regarding this message but it refered to using a Win98 box.
So based upon our little test it sounds like something is missing on the Server, but what?
