Looks like E30 will occur if the user selects a "?" printer, then chooses CANCEL from the printer dialog. In this case, a null printer name gets sent to CosP and it receives an error from Windows when it tries to open it. Best way to deal with this is to trap the E30 and return to your printer prompt so they can select a different printer.
