Has anybody done any optimization work on Windows printing at a CometAnywhere PC? Almost all my forms ( Invoice, Notification, P/O, Pick Ticket, Statement, etc. ) are CForms based on Brian's samples.
These print really well in a local environment. They also print nicely at the C/A PC except for the issue of speed. I connected up to my end-user via C/A and printed a single P/O form, 1 page, 3 copies. This print job took approximately 45 seconds. I knocked it down to 1 copy and it took almost exactly one third the time, around 15 seconds. Is this as fast as I can go with a Windows form? Has anybody got any tricks of the trade that have increased remote printing speeds? Thanks in advance, Tom.
