Spool file hex codes.

While working on a spool file export program I came across a hex code sequence I was not familiar with in one file:

0x14 0x02

Looking to find out what that hex code sequence does.

Again this is out of Comet Spool file.
At this point I am assuming that Comet is putting it in there during the print to spool and not the application directly.
