Sending MSG to Comet session on another PC

Looking for a way to send a message to Comet Session on another PC.

Looks like the DOSRW message command (aka, Utilites option 17) only sends messages to the local PC. Sending to ALL does not send messages to all Comet Sessions connected to the server.

I see the CEMAIL program is supposed to write to the clients WC line that they have new messages.
Looks like CEMAIL is possibly outdated?
Does CEMAIL work as designed in the current Comet architecture?

It also looks like it is easy for comet sessions on different PC's to have the same TXX/PXX assigned. If these are not strictly controlled in the COMET.INI, what effect would this have.
