Thanks for the followup. Ver 1.04 was 2004 and IBINSTALL was in.
Found some programs would compile correctly and others not. Found that a section having to do with Windows XP PRO missing which also controlled the sharing of files and printers, so had to reinstall Windows and many of the programs that were effected. Used the REPAIR option of Windows and worked OK. Don't know when or how all of a sudden it happened
Had to do with the registering the WMI of Windows.
