i don't think comet has any kind of parser for xml, but you should be able to throw something together using a scripting language (perl, tcl, php, ruby.. even visual basic).
other than that, google for "xml2csv". there are plenty of utilities that will convert it for you, assuming the xml is well formed. (it looks like the file you attached is only a snippet.)
