Unable to Launch Comet 2006

This user has been running Comet 2006 since last year when it came out.

Today they were unable to get into it. Went into the DPAC folder where Comet 2006 is launched and the install programs for Server and Workstation were not there and they should have been.

Downloaded CometServerProducts608 and CometWorkStation373 and re-installed.

This is a single user workstation running windows XP with a parallel security dongle.

Still can't get in.

They security server launches ok. Shows correct number of licenses(1).

Then launch "comet.exe" or "cosw.exe" and get the following message.

Cosw.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
