The USB port is working correctly. Installed USB Flash Drive and it opened correctly. Tried different port and still no response.
The Red Light is "not" coming on. Didn't even know it was there. Checked mine and saw it for the first time.
The customer's is not coming on. Try different ports and different computers and it is "not" coming on.
