CometLib Error

Just installed a 25 node system with the latest CometSecurity, CometFile, & Comet2007.
Ran the Comet2007 Workstation install(minimum) on a Windows xp pro box and tried to run Comet Explorer and got the following error:
CometLib Error
System error: 80040154-Class Not Registered
OK
On the workstation we are running Comet.exe

Got this same message on the "Server" originally when we were installing and setting up everything.
Got directions to migrate to a DOS prompt at the Comet folder and simply enter: regsvr32 cometlib.dll
This resolved the problem on the Server.

However now we are on a workstation, where do we go or what do we need to do on the WorkStations when this message comes up?

I found this reference for Comet2006/CometAnywhere:

I put a zip file: Bri2Grant.Zip in the download\mailboxes folder for you. It contains two batch files, one for installing and one for Uninstalling CometLib. They're made to run from a folder that has CometLib.dll in it so you may want to change them to suit you configuration. The simplest thing to do is to copy CometLib.dll from your system32 folder to wherever you put the batch file and then execute the Install.bat file. It should copy the dll back to system32 and then register it. Let me know how it goes.

Was not able to see message if this resolved the problem for Grant.

Is this the exercise we need to go through?
Is the Zip file still available?
Is there a different process for Comet2007?
