Recently I've had a client report that they have been having date issues on some of their data. That the date that was showing in data fields was the prior date's date. Since the menu program uses date$ and the only way that the client could run programs was thru the menu program (Z), I assume that this was a user error. However this morning, the same thing was reported and the client noted that sometimes getting a comet anywhere session showed the correct date, and sometimes it shows the day before. I was able to capture this is a print screen (see attached). I am totally confused as to how this could happen. The Z program uses date$ and then calculates day of the week,etc. Also note that if the client presses the enter key (which reruns the Z program) the date corrects itself.
