I read your Open Letter to Comet Customers, dated 10-30-03. I think it was very insightful and thorough. However, it may be too long for the average COMET customer. I would like your permission to condense this, while leaving in your most important points. I will then send this to our customers as a promotion piece for the purpose of encouraging them to sign up and pay for the Subscription Plan.
