CosM32 will be executed from the same target folder as is specified in UE for starting up Comet. To see what this is, in UE click on "Advanced" then "Comet Startup Settings".
The UE listing file is created in your CATEMP folder. Its name is passed between CosM32 and the UE console thru the registry. If this mechanism isn't working for you, you might try adding Opt(L) to the end of your //IB// command line parameters. This will produce a full .lst listing file for you. Its name will be the same as your source file but with the .lst extension and will be in the source folder.
