XAPLOG.TXT isn't showing anything useful.
I don't have CGITEST. I do have CGIFILE. It only shows two user values C.RUPSPEED and COOKIE. It did show the file name, XAP-0016, so I'm starting from there.
You didn't answer the question about why the prints to SP1 never happened.
