UltraEdit Compile Error

I installed Comet 2007 v380. Running ultraedit 9.1, and 3 sessions of Comet are currently open and running as well. When I attempt to compile, I get the following message:

Comet Utility Console - Version 1.06
Comet startup error: 1 - Comet is not currently running on this system


Can you tell me what I might be doing wrong here?
