TableCat and GenDict are no longer used. They were used to generate and keep tract of the new .d00 dictionary files. That is now done through DbMgr. The latest versions of that are included in UTL 7.03 as of today.
If you are a Comet Subscriber, the OleDb license is added to your certificate at no additional cost. To see it, open the Security Server dialog. Click on "View", then "In Use". Look for "Ole Db Lite".
