I was able to get the latest version of Ultraedit 13.00+4 to work withe the Comet tools. Here's what I did:
1. Downloaded Ultraedit32 v12.2 from download.com http://www.download.com/UltraEdit-32/3640-2352_4-10593876.htm
2. Installed Ultraedit32 v12.2
3. Installed the Comet tools from signature.net/download (IBInstallForComet32.exe)
4. (Verified tools are available, and compilers work for Comet and Comet32)
5. Downloaded & installed UltraEdit32 v13.0
6. Downloaded & installed Ultraedit32 v13.00+4 update
Verified that compiler tools still work corretly. All this can be done and tested before you purchase an UltraEdit license.
