CometAnywhere 2007

Our end-user Bennison Fabrics is a subscriber, running Comet2006 and
CometServer32 6.09 They recently purchased an additional CometAnywhere license. The new certificate came in with the new total of 3 CometAnywhere licenses for 2007. If I install the license
without any other upgrades will the CometAnywheres register under this Security Server? If not, what do I need to do in conjunction with installing this new cert?
