We are running into ongoing issues with our Document-Imaging system
whereby incorrect documents are being cross-referenced into our databases. This is occurring due to two factors that we've seen: first, if the Always auto-save to unique file name box is checked then a underscore numeral one is added to the file name and we are
still accessing the original file name; second, some unknown factor
that we think is related to processor speed as it only happens on older computers with the same symptoms - the filename already exists in the autosave folder and it is pulled instead of the new file. What would really help us with this issue is if the filename generated could include something really unique like a date/time stamp down to the second. We would do something to insure that the autosave folder is periodically cleared. This would be a really, really big help to us. Thanks in advance, Tom.
