All of my server customers get Small Business Server which comes with a well regarded FAX server package. I always give the users the ability to print to the fax server via a "LPF" printer. Using LPF invokes the standard MS Fax Wizard. Answer the standard questions and off the fax goes to the fax server for delivery.
It would be nice is we had something like EmailPtr for faxing.
