They have four licenses and five workstations with Comet installed. They understand that only four can be working at any one time. The other three work properly. At the time of this error there was one license available. I can not get startup details as the splash screen does not appear.
The network admin assures me that this is not a rights issue. Network rights are assigned to the class USER and are inherited from the folder above this one.
