QERRLOG - Address program crashed at

Looking to determine where a program crashes based on the ADDRESS for each line as listed in a SOURCE (Compiler Option S) Listing.

Am I correct in assuming that the 10 USER addresse's in the QERRLOG file are the LAST 10 address's the program processed and that the last one, USER ADDRESS 10, was the line the program was working on when it crashed?

Side Question: Any documentation on what the Stack Address's List might reveal?
