Taking a wild guess here... The .dll for the dialog is loaded by Comet using direct Windows calls. The way the Windows API works by default, .dll lives in the same folder as the IB object. If this is on the server, the user would need access rights to that server folder. We ran in to this a while back. We will be making a change to the Windows API to automatically copy the .dll to the workstation then launch from there just like it's done for CA clients. In the meantime, please check the rights. If this is indeed your problem, we'll try to get that API update out as soon as possible.
