Customer has CA workstations in 6 remote locations connected by the 'Net. They are reporting 5-10 disconnects at each location each day. They can restart immediately, but it's messy when they're in the middle of an order. It's fair to ask if this is a new problem. I don't know. But it is getting so bad that they are now being vocal about it.
I don't know what to tell them to do. A bigger host machine? A different Internet Service provider? Split the six over more than one host machine?
Is there a hidden way to get a log of when and why CA decides to quit and take a rest?
