It's a little weirder than I first thought.
What I think is happening is "B" now runs CMONITOR, which runs QMONITOR, which remembers the "B" and runs B.OBJ. When you exit B.OBJ back to QMONITOR, QMONITOR must also remember the RUNSTATE because it sends you to "Enter Password" instead of READY::.
