Hello all,
I am a subcribed end user. Just paid over $11,000 in fees for Comet 2007 and the same the year before for Comet 2006. We are still on Comet 2005 for various reason, not the least of which is my old motto 'if it ain't broke don't fix it'. I have come to find out that some functionality that we rely on on a daily basis has now been disabled because we have not upgraded to the latest and greatest and I am not a happy camper.
Why do I have to upgrade? I pay my fees like a good boy. We run a $100 million plus business on the system that's 24/7 and upgrading is not always an option.
Signature has put their VAR in great jeopardy of losing a $250,000+ a year customer. We have already moved part of our business to a new non-Signature system and are now forced to rethink the rest of the business.
I paid and I think I have a right to have a fully functional system.
