Hi Doug. I noticed that the configured FaxDriver setting is bad. This may explain the problem. There is a missing backslash between the Temp folder name and the filename "FaxDriver.exe". This is more than likely an installer bug and it should read:
C:\DOCUME~1\DOUGPE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\FaxDriver.exe
instead of
C:\DOCUME~1\DOUGPE~1\LOCALS~1\TempFaxDriver.exe
