There was a bad definition in #FILES a numeric field with a $ at the end. The source builder put the variable into the decleration as cntnbr$2, so the compile was failing and the program attempted to open the log.
This is in an ENTER, perhaps the QREPMTBX should not try an open the log if the program has been executed by an ENTER. Not a biggie from my point of view.
