PDF printing

I am having a problem printing to PDF. Normally the user types LPF and it brings up the save PDF window. What is happening now is that it just asks enter line printer(LPX) again.

If I go to printer setup and select Adobe PDF, then printing to LPW works like it should. His is the only station not working right. Any ideas?
